Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and any applicable state public records laws, I am requesting copies of any and all evidence, reports, and documentation related to the arrest of Selim Gallo, conducted by Deputy Porter, under the following:

I specifically request any evidence that can assist in obtaining a restraining order against Mr. Gallo, including but not limited to:

• The arrest report and any supplementary incident reports

• The issued warrant and any related court documents

• Officer bodycam footage or dashcam footage, if available

• 911 call recordings, radio dispatch logs, or any related communications

• Witness statements, police interviews, or relevant testimonies

• Any other evidence used in the arrest or prosecution of Mr. Gallo

As I am the victim in this case, this information is crucial for legal proceedings to ensure my safety and to comply with the recommendation given by Deputy Porter.
