Briefly describe how you want to roleplay your character was arrested:
Jonathan was sleeping in a stolen Lampadati Komoda outside of the Davis LTD when the owner of the building called the police about a someone that could possibly be passed out or dead. The arresting officer pulled up to the scene, the officer before making contact decided to run the plate causing the vehicle to come back as stolen, Jonathan then was of course woken up by multiple officers surrounding the vehicle. He stepped out of the car and didn't make any attempt to run or resist.
