Briefly describe how you want to roleplay your character was arrested:
Ken was involved with organised crime from a young age, as early as 16 to 18 and performed cheque fraud. He was impersonating city officials, pretending to be with the electrical and water boards, acquiring personal details and routing numbers in order to cash out cheques in the names of the people he had defrauded. He was arrested after an investigation with victims drew a line back to his calls, he used his real name "Ken" when talking to victims and also his real phone number, making it easy for detectives and the court system to prosecute.
