After a night of busking on Vinewood Boulevard in a clown costume, Warren got into a fight with another busker dressed as Mickey Mouse. He fled to an alley behind the Vinewood Casino to avoid police. Officers arrived, located him, and detained him. In his car, they found three orange pill bottles, each containing 28 pills.
