Briefly describe how you want to roleplay your character was arrested: Bruce Kennedy was apprehended on March 16 2007 in the middle of a Del Perro intersection, following a brawl involving several motorists and members of the Straight Satans Motorcycle Club relating to a dispute over lane hogging. During the brawl, Kennedy withdrew a Remington 870, later found to have had its barrel modified shorter, and shot a motorist in the knee. Kennedy plead guilty and was sentenced in 2009, with time served, to 12 years imprisonment. Kennedy spent 10 of them at High Desert State Prison before paroling out in 2017.
