Briefly describe how you want to roleplay your character was arrested: The charges are a collective over the years after Samuel abandoned his home and ended up on the streets, homeless and a dropout. Since then he's struggled to keep work, and turned to petty theft to try to keep himself afoot, eventually turning into larger thefts when desperate. The trespassing charges are from his repeat attempts to sleep somewhere private he wasn't meant to be at, and a lack of compliance to willingly get locked up to have a place to sleep/free meals for a period.
