Instructions to the Applicant
The information you provide in this application will be used in the background investigation to assist in determining your suitability for the position of San Andreas Peace Officer, in accordance with POST Commission Regulation 1953.
Disqualification
There are very few automatic bases for rejection. Even issues of prior misconduct, such as prior illegal drug use, driving under the influence, theft, or even arrest or conviction are usually not, in and of themselves, automatically disqualifying. However, deliberate misstatements or omissions can and often will result in your application being rejected, regardless of the nature or reason for the misstatements/omissions. In fact, the number one reason individuals “fail†background investigations is because they deliberately withhold or misrepresent job-relevant information from their prospective employer.

- Elaboration: Unfortunately, over a year ago I was removed from the LSPD faction because I failed to roleplay 2 crashes while driving Code 3, as well as breaching IC corruption rules by having a ''drag-race'' with a random individual. The story behind it is that I wasn't in the best mood and we as a family were facing medical complications, instead of taking an extended LOA, I continued to play and lost motivation. None of this was issued on my record, it was simply a faction removal.

- Roberto Marchetti,
Roberto Marchetti was born on the 5th of December, 1991, given birth by his mother Beatrice Marchetti, and father Frederico Marchetti in Los Santos, Pillbox Hill Hospital. Roberto's parents were both born and raised in Rome, Italy. Both Roberto's parents are first-grade legal migrants from Italy, the reason for their migration from their home country was because of the business opportunities offered to Frederico. Frederico was a man of class and always had one passion, brewing coffee. Because of his talent at work and the opening of a new factory in the United States, San Andreas, they were looking for a talented and trustworthy employee to expand their coffee brand in a different country. The right man for this job was Frederico, and that came with a significant payment increase and other benefits such as early and increased pension.
Of course, this was not an easy decision to make, but it did set them up for life. They didn't have to worry about monthly costs and neither was there a worry for enough pension funds to retire. -- A couple of years later, the factory had opened and Roberto's parents were fully set up in the United States, because of the new oversees director function of Frederico, they made enough monthly income so that mother Beatrice did not have to work anymore and simply took care of the household while working as volunteer at various places. It was soon after that Beatrice became pregnant with Roberto Marchetti and a dream came true of having their first child together.
Roberto Marchetti grew older and older, it was only after four years that he went to his first school and was always being taken care of by their parents. As the years went by, Roberto grew older, but not like any regular American household. It was no secret that the Marchetti family was wealthy, this was often recognized by Roberto his classmates as he progressed through high school because of his clothing and school supplies, as well as being brought and picked up from school by his mother in more than decent cars. Roberto was never seen as the arrogant type in school, instead, he was being super helpful and friendly. Many would describe Roberto as a friend as he progressed through high school.
Outside of college, Roberto was often seen helping his father in the factory, Roberto was quite good with numbers and business economics and had learned a lot from his father from a directive point of view. However, this is where Roberto made his realization that there was more to life than being part of the now-family coffee brewery and that he did not like his current college path to business economics, even though he could be offered a job at the factory right after graduating. Instead, Roberto did research online and wanted to do more good for this world, and decided to drop out from his current college path.
Only a couple of weeks later, Roberto had set his mind to become a paralegal but this was only offered at the University in Los Santos, nowhere close enough to home to drive up and down constantly. It would have taken more effort getting and going to, instead of finding himself a place of himself. One night during dinner, Roberto mentioned this idea to his parents, while father Frederico highly disagreed with the idea, mother Beatrice was supportive of the idea. Roberto was unable to get an answer from his parents that night and when he went upstairs to his room, he could overhear the arguing back and forward, but Roberto soon after fell asleep.
It was only the next morning during breakfast at the family table that father had given it a good thought, and they together agreed to support Roberto in his decision. However, this was only the idea, the next problem was getting signed up at the University and finding Roberto an apartment, but with the little money Roberto had. It was nearly impossible. This meant that Roberto had to go back to his parents and discuss his financial situation, at first when this topic was brought up, Roberto was laughed at and jokes were made from both sides, but father Frederico wanted to cut a deal with Roberto, meaning that he would fully provide the financials for Roberto, but he had to visit them once a month. Of course, this made Roberto extremely happy, and began preparing.
Roberto arrived in Los Santos a few weeks after all the arrangements were made, he was being dropped off by his parents at his rental apartment in Hawick, the Pink Cage Motel, where he would stay until he had found a job and was able to provide for himself. During his two-year college path to become an undergraduate in paralegal studies, he found out more about Los Santos and its needs. Roberto successfully found himself a job on the side because he refused to only live off their parent's money, and applied for AKAN Incorporated where he would help the company with their financials. This also meant that he would bring in money for himself to afford his rental car for the time being.
It was only a couple weeks after that Roberto came in contact with the Sheriff's Department due to the increased crime rate at the Pink Cage Motel, apparently a break-in had occurred beside him and he was being questioned about it. This not only set off a spark in Roberto, but he was extremely interested all of a sudden in law enforcement. Not only was he currently practicing for paralegal, but this would help him a long way in understanding the legal system of the United States, this reminded Roberto of a time when he didn't like sitting in an office all day long, and after doing some research, his degree would be acceptable as a first step into law enforcement.
Roughly two years later Roberto managed to get his paralegal studies Associate's degree and could finally chase the inspiring moment he had with law enforcement, applying. The reason was simple for Roberto, he had already experienced the office lifestyle one would have, constantly sitting behind a desk, but he knew he could do more with his degree and put it to better use. Trying something different and taking a risk.
