Instructions to the Applicant
The information you provide in this application will be used in the background investigation to assist in determining your suitability for the position of San Andreas Peace Officer, in accordance with POST Commission Regulation 1953.
Disqualification
There are very few automatic bases for rejection. Even issues of prior misconduct, such as prior illegal drug use, driving under the influence, theft, or even arrest or conviction are usually not, in and of themselves, automatically disqualifying. However, deliberate misstatements or omissions can and often will result in your application being rejected, regardless of the nature or reason for the misstatements/omissions. In fact, the number one reason individuals “fail†background investigations is because they deliberately withhold or misrepresent job-relevant information from their prospective employer.

- Elaboration: I have been banned from the LSPD for disturbing profanity in the TAC-1 (TS3, IC Channel) channel during a heated pursuit back in February; when I did it I merely thought to use it ICly, unfortunately it was too disturbing for some. It has been some time since and I don't want to be memorized by it. I have also apologized for such and received an unban by the LSPD's Staff. I am willing to answer more questions privately if there will be any.

- SPOILER: show
- Mark David Schreiber was born in 1996 in a middle-class family in the small town of Sandy Shores. His family is of German origin and his first ancestors that came to San Andreas were his great grandparents that left Germany in the period between two world wars during the economic collapse of Germany.
Mark was raised just like an ordinary Sandy Shores child, in a big family with his three siblings, grandparents and his parents, in one of the biggest houses in town. His eary childhood was pretty normal, playing with the other kids, going to school, helping his father in hunting and so on.
Upon starting the high school, Mark was already a troubled kid who did not pay attention to education. He would rather work some sidejobs to earn a bit of cash for cigarettes and some booze, just like the rest of the teenagers in the neighborhood. When he graduated high school he immediately got employed in "Sandy Shores Pawn" where he worked as a receptionist for minimum wage. Mark also moved out of his parent's house and rented out a room in a near-by motel, he did not really want to be far away from his big family but did want some privacy. During that time he met his "soon-to-be" wife who got pregnant shortly after.
Unfortunately, a traffic accident resulted in a miscarriage that broke Mark's marriage apart. Even though his wife stayed in Sandy Shores, Mark had moved on. Due to high medical bills for his ex-wife he decided to switch jobs. He then started working in Paleto Bay 24/7 until the change of management which resulted in a huge paycut for all the employees.
Mark has then left his work and would stay unemployed until this day. Since Mark never liked school, any further formal education in the form of college was not an option; therefore, Mark decided to apply for the local's law enforcement as per a proposal of his loved ones. It would be an overstatement to say that Mark always dreamed of becoming a local cop. However, with limited opportunities in Blaine County and with his will to stay close to his loved ones, it was an obvious choice for Mark to try and get an employment wthin his beloved neighborhood.
