Briefly describe how you want to roleplay your character was arrested:
Alejo was convicted and sentenced for the attempted shooting of an assumed to be Upstate Sureno sat outside of a New Years Eve house party back in 2016. Upon calls of shots fired Alejo was seen fleeing from the seen in an all black Primo and lead local authorities on a chase before evidently crashing and being detained with a handgun found on his person. He's recently been transferred to San Andreas State Prison following a recent riot in Salinas Valley Prison resulting in the additional charges of Assault and Battery.
