I inquired about the result of my Written Test over PM to two members. I was not given an answer. Am I at fault for this? I did not want to appeal for re-evaluation just wanted to know what I've done wrong so I can make up for it the next time. If it is forbidden to PM and inquire about it I'm sorry.

You are not at fault and your request will be handled in due time. Keep in mind we get a high number of questions, appeals, and more throughout the week so sometimes these request may take a week or so to get an answer. (usually less, depends on the workload obviously)

I've got three chars on my account. Let's say I have 10 with one char, and another 10 in total with 5 in the other two. Count'em all and it is 20 hours. Is this sufficient for 20 hrs requirement?

The 20 hour requirement refers to the time played across your UCP account, therefore this is fine.

If I am denied for an OOC reason, am I permitted to re-apply regardless of the 3 week limit on another character?
