Marina Del Rey is an unincorporated community that lies in the Venice area of the city of Los Angeles. In game, LA doesn't exist as it's replaced by LS. You'd be better off roleplaying Marina Del Rey as Vespucci as it fits within the confines of the game and GTA.

1.) Your name seems fine to me, but I'm not in the Pre-Employment team.

2.) Go up to the top corner, click your name, and select "user controlled panel", move over to "Profile", and there you can edit it.

As for the backstory, the minimum word count is 250 words. The story is expected to cover all significant and adequate information about the character as a means to show us what you're trying to portray. This includes, but is not limited to, details that introduce your character, elaborate about their upbringing, educational background, motivation, and whatever you deem necessary to fulfill the story.
