The differences in faction scope and daily activities are too large to rectify easily post-transfer, thus us opting to use recruitment for quality control and field training to get those willing to join up to speed.

We have evaluated your application and qualifications for the position of Deputy Sheriff Trainee and regret to inform you that you were not selected for this position due to issues involving your Written Test.

That's basically your denial reason. You did not attain passing score on the Written Test.

But I want to know what are the issues involving the test. The ooc questions, the ic essay.

You're welcome to reach out to the relevant party for that, preferably the person who disqualified you. And once you got yourself an explanation, you're free to proceed further with the appeal to TB Command.
