If you pass the WT but you can't attend academy can you attend the next drive's academy session or do you start over again?

We hold two academy sessions at reasonable times, though if you can't make it to either of them, we will discuss at a command level whether or not the application and WT will be expedited for the next batch.

Minimum of hours on a character (15) is the char activity since last name change, or the total activity?

On any character so total, meaning you're good to apply.

Are private academies hosted if an applicant can't attend an academy session? I know the LSPD will host these to prevent failing the candidate but I was wondering if the LSSD also did this. To me, weekends are usually busy on my scheduling.

We usually don't, but we host 2, have since changed academy sessions from Friday-Saturday to Thursday-Friday to be more accommodating to those with busy weekends.

Unfortunately, no. The next recruitment drive will be in January.
