Is there a certain time tomorrow when the application period opens? Or could I simply have my application posted as soon as it turns midnight tonight?

When the server time reaches 24/JUL/2023, you may post an application.

If I were to apply this cycle but will be out of town for the weekend, would be able to attend the academy, is there a way to extend the exam due date? Only asking as I don't see anything about it, and don't want to uproot my plans if I can help it.

We can not make any exceptions to the due date.

36. MY UNEDITED SCREENSHOT OF MY USER CONTROL PANEL FULL ADMINISTRATIVE RECORD

I am a staff member and cannot provide an unedited screenshot because it has "lookup history" and users usernames on it. Do I provide it to the handling deputy with a cropped/edited screenshot or can I post an edited screenshot with the staff parts blurred/edited out?

The rest can be blurred/cropped.

Not in the same recruitment drive or civilian recruitment drive (unless open continuous is ongoing, then after three weeks), only in the next recruitment drive. See also the disqualification post on your application, this explains it in further detail of when specifically you may apply again.
