The information you provide in this application will be used in the background investigation to assist in determining your suitability for the position of San Andreas Peace Officer, in accordance with POST Commission Regulation 1953.
Disqualification
There are very few automatic bases for rejection. Even issues of prior misconduct, such as prior illegal drug use, driving under the influence, theft, or even arrest or conviction are usually not, in and of themselves, automatically disqualifying. - Born in Brazil, in Curitiba - PR, Arthur started training jiu-jitsu with his dad at a very young age. Always passionated for martial arts in general, the boy dreamed of becoming an MMA fighter, and trained every single day for it. As he got older, he noticed that living in Brazil was a holding him back from achieving his dreams, so he decided to set a new goal for his life: Move to the United States of America, the land of the dreams. With the help of his family, especially from his dad who owned an agricultural company in Houston - TX, Arthur finally made the change of his life. Shortly after graduating from highschool, he began the process of moving to the US, grabbing a green card using his father business place as a link to it. Everything was settle, but he needed a backup plan in case his fighting career fizzled out - that's when he came up with the idea of a bachelor's degree in business. As soon as he arrived in US, the first thing he did was enroll in ULSA, and that's right when he saw things wouldn't be easy. Now with the money running low due university tuition, he started looking for a job to pay for his MMA training and nutritional supplements, and found one as a part-time security guard at Lannaghan's Security. After one month of relentless trying to start a career in MMA, the reality of the scenario snapped Arthur back into the real world. Becoming a professional fighter no longer seemed possible, he had no connections and not enough luck to arrange a real fight. He hasn't been put off, however - he's come to realize that security work is something he really enjoys, seeing the difference he makes just by sticking around and avoiding conflicts from heated arguments and helping people protect their valuable assets.
After a long period working as security, Arthur found a company of his own, which was called Legion Security. Whoever, even after his best efforts to keep it running, the company went into bankrupcy on the beggining of this year, therefore, looking into doing something he loves, Arthur undersign for the Sheriff Department.
