Instructions to the Applicant
The information you provide in this application will be used in the background investigation to assist in determining your suitability for the position of San Andreas Peace Officer, in accordance with POST Commission Regulation 1953.
Disqualification
There are very few automatic bases for rejection. Even issues of prior misconduct, such as prior illegal drug use, driving under the influence, theft, or even arrest or conviction are usually not, in and of themselves, automatically disqualifying. However, deliberate misstatements or omissions can and often will result in your application being rejected, regardless of the nature or reason for the misstatements/omissions. In fact, the number one reason individuals “fail†background investigations is because they deliberately withhold or misrepresent job-relevant information from their prospective employer.

- Henry Adler was born and raised in an Asian household as a Filipino-American. He had a tough upbringing as he was the breadwinner of his family at a young age. He took on the responsibility of supporting his family after his father passed away, and he had to work hard to make ends meet.
After finishing college at San Beda University, Henry decided to migrate to Los Santos, San Andreas to find better job opportunities. He landed a job at Bluewater Logistics, a global logistics company. He was ecstatic to be working for such a prestigious company and worked tirelessly to prove himself as a valuable employee.
However, after saving up for over a year, Henry decided to take a long vacation to the Philippines to reconnect with his roots and spend some time with his family. Little did he know that his absence would result in his forced retirement from Bluewater Logistics. Henry was devastated when he returned to Los Santos and found out that he had lost his job due to his prolonged absence.
In search of comfort and guidance, Henry reached out to his old friend Lincoln Adler, but he found out that his friend was still on vacation. Feeling alone and lost in the city, Henry refused to let his misfortune get the best of him. He knew he had to maintain his posture as an individual and remain strong despite the challenges he faced.
Although currently unemployed, Henry was financially stable due to his savings from his time working at Bluewater Logistics. He spent his days applying for jobs and attending job interviews in the hope of landing a new job soon. Despite the rejections he faced, Henry refused to give up and continued to put his best foot forward.
Through his determination and hard work, Henry eventually landed a new job at a startup logistics company. He was grateful for the opportunity and worked tirelessly to prove himself as a valuable employee. Although the journey was tough, Henry emerged stronger and more resilient than ever before. He learned the importance of saving and being financially stable, and he never took anything for granted again.
Currently, Henry aspires to be part of the Sheriff's Department in hope of securing his future and having a stable career in the public servicing spectrum.
