Instructions to the Applicant
The information you provide in this application will be used in the background investigation to assist in determining your suitability for the position of San Andreas Peace Officer, in accordance with POST Commission Regulation 1953.
Disqualification
There are very few automatic bases for rejection. Even issues of prior misconduct, such as prior illegal drug use, driving under the influence, theft, or even arrest or conviction are usually not, in and of themselves, automatically disqualifying. However, deliberate misstatements or omissions can and often will result in your application being rejected, regardless of the nature or reason for the misstatements/omissions. In fact, the number one reason individuals “fail†background investigations is because they deliberately withhold or misrepresent job-relevant information from their prospective employer.

32. MY TIMEZONE & CURRENT COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE
[list=none)Lewis Pok was born in Little Seoul, Los Santos on September 24th, 2002. He was born to a perfect family, having a father involved in his life unlike other teenagers around Little Seoul or what people call K-town, Koreatown, etc. Lewis grew up as a single child, being loved by his mother and spoiled as a child by his father. Learning how to be a Chinese-American in the world they lived in and keeping his tradition alive by his grandmother. Learning Cantonese atleast to understand it and have a small conversation with his grandmother. His early years seemed to be fine and a loving home.
As Lewis grew up as a child, he would be bullied due to his weight and that lead to his confidence to be drown out as a child. Being alone, feeling like he was not worth having friends. In youth school, he would sit alone and find his peace in video games. Becoming anti-social due to the placement he put himself into, making himself believe he wasn't worth having friends. He would get into small fights due to the bullying he received in youth school, still growing up in K-town he would scuffle with little brothers of the gang bangers or organized criminal's.
Growing up into his pre-teen age Lewis began to grow out of his anti-social vibe, gaining friends, gaining his confidence back. He found his love of working out, building that fat into muscle. Yet he was still round in shape having a build of Endomorph which he has had since then. He began to learn the ways around K-town, understanding that not everyone is a good person. Having scuffles with gang-bangers in the area because Lewis is one not to take disrespect easily. His pre-teen years were quiet until the day his father left his mother. This action from his father was shocking, seeming that they had a loving family since he was born. Lewis closed himself off, not knowing how to understand the situation and the family fell into a depression. Yet with the love and community from K-town, Lewis bounced back like a basketball and found his love for his asian community in K-town. Having his first pride in being asian, seeing that he was always hated on as a minority.
As Lewis grew up into being a teenager and youth adult he saw the change in some of the people he grew up with. Seeing how they talked, did things, and eventually became the illegal criminals they are today. Lewis always stayed on the straight and narrow even when he was pressured into the life of crime. Knowing that one day it'd bite him in the butt to be friends with these people, he stayed his distance and put himself away in his apartment. Hearing the gun-shots throughout the day and night in K-town, Lewis knew he wanted to make a difference. Starting with talking with the younger kids, trying to keep them from joining the criminals in their community. Knowing he had to do more, he knew he wanted to join the Sheriffs department. Knowing they were more around his community and did more to help the city. [/list]
