The information you provide in this application will be used in the background investigation to assist in determining your suitability for the non-sworn position of Civilian Misconduct Investigator.
Disqualification
There are very few automatic bases for rejection. Even issues of prior misconduct, such as prior illegal drug use, driving under the influence, theft, or even arrest or conviction are usually not, in and of themselves, automatically disqualifying. However, deliberate misstatements or omissions can and often will result in your application being rejected, regardless of the nature or reason for the misstatements/omissions. In fact, the number one reason individuals “fail†background investigations is because they deliberately withhold or misrepresent job-relevant information from their prospective employer.

- The story of my character Luke Fiedler aged 31 years is exceptionally unique in terms of his quest for working with dignity in all aspects. Luke since his childhood was an avid harbinger of tranquility which propelled him to began his career in a legal framework. At first, Luke was involved in the drafting and redlining corporate legal agreements such as Master Service Agreement, Statement of Work and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Eventually, Luke transitioned his career in the Sherrif department and applied at the prestigious institution of Los Santos Sherrif Department. As a background in law, Luke has envisaged the art of finding risks and assisting the people involved in any criminal or civil wrongdoings thereby maintaining the sanctity of the surrounding Luke is a part off. As part of being invaluable in academics Luke also inculcated a sense of passion and perseverance in getting tasks completed and scheduling the same for enhanced time management.
Luke has been very prompt and compost in dealing matters with ease. At the time of its arrival and relocating to Rockford hills, he was intrigued in understanding the diaspora of the city and indulge in various activities that involves prudent behavior. His long term goal has been put into motion now and there is little hope that he is stopping it. Most of all Luke's interest in the Sherrif Department has also enabled him to look for a career working and climbing the ranks of Sherrif. He believes that working within the Civilian Personnel Employment is the genesis of a brighter future in LSSD in the days ahead.
