[25-002] Unredacted Search Warrant Affidavits

Dear Records Custodian,

Pursuant to FOIA, please provide the following documents and items:

1. The unredacted affidavit and exhibits submitted by the LSSD used to obtain Search Warrant #5748 against Faith Labelle's properties, which has been executed, and is a matter of public record, and which disclosure is constitutionally guaranteed to the undersigned counsel for Faith Labelle under the Sixth Amendment.

2. The unredacted affidavit and exhibits submitted by the LSSD used to obtain Search Warrant #5747 against Frederick Coleman's properties, which has been executed, and is a matter of public record, and which disclosure is constitutionally guaranteed to the undersigned counsel for Frederick Coleman under the Sixth Amendment.

3. The unredacted affidavit and exhibits submitted by the LSSD used to obtain Search Warrant #5746 against Josely Martinez's properties, which has been executed, and is a matter of public record, and which disclosure is constitutionally guaranteed to the undersigned counsel for Josely Martinez under the Sixth Amendment.

4. The unredacted ESW, exhibits, and corresponding affidavit(s) against the Coleman-Labelle Fund, referenced in the above affidavits and used to obtain the above three warrants.

Be advised that witnesses who do not provide information to the police anonymously are not afforded any protection in the form of redactions and withholding from public disclosure.

Please furnish all the requested material unredacted. If any part of the material is exempt, please affirmatively state the exemption and redact/withhold only that material subject to said exemption.

Be further advised that due to the limited time remaining on the statute of limitations, notice is hereby made that judicial intervention will be sought for a failure to adequately provide said records unredacted and for any efforts to weaponize the FOIA exemptions against disclosure.

We kindly request that you provide us with the documents which release was ordered by the Los Santos County Superior Court (Greene, J.) on January 27, 2025.

You were previously served with a copy of said Order. Please note that if we do not IMMEDIATELY receive a reply from you, we will have no other choice but to seek judicial intervention.
