He was pulled over on Senora Freeway by a Los Santos Sherrif deputy for having a broken tail light. When the deputy got the vehicle their was a strong smell of marijuana so the deputy grabbed a K9 dog and searched the vehicle. During the search, 35 grams of Marijuana and 65 grams of crack cocaine were found. Jimmy began taking off when he seen the drugs be found but was quickly tackled by a citizen and thrown in cuffs when assisting officers arrived.
