Instructions to the Applicant
The information you provide in this application will be used in the background investigation to assist in determining your suitability for the position of San Andreas Peace Officer, in accordance with POST Commission Regulation 1953.
Disqualification
There are very few automatic bases for rejection. Even issues of prior misconduct, such as prior illegal drug use, driving under the influence, theft, or even arrest or conviction are usually not, in and of themselves, automatically disqualifying. However, deliberate misstatements or omissions can and often will result in your application being rejected, regardless of the nature or reason for the misstatements/omissions. In fact, the number one reason individuals "fail" background investigations is because they deliberately withhold or misrepresent job-relevant information from their prospective employer.

44. INTRODUCE YOUR CHARACTER. INCLUDE SOME BACKGROUND STORY, CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT, AND WHY THEY WANT TO JOIN THE DEPARTMENT.
- Kisara was born and raised in the Sandy Shores. She was the only daughter of an average working-class family. Her father worked at a local gas station for a bare minimum. There weren't any opportunities to improve the life while staying in Sandy Shores therefore in hope of a better life Kisara and her family moved to the city of Las Venturas.
Young Kisara, at the age of 9 found herself in a totally different environment, an environment which felt extremely fast and hostile to her but soon she adjusted herself to this new city life. She joined a local school; she finished the school with outstanding grades and during that time she discovered her fascination with usage of advance technologies to solve different crime cases. Furthermore during the last years of her school she met sworn officers of the law at a career fair which motivated her beyond limit to play her role in fighting and stopping the crimes.
With a very clear goal in mind, she ventured out and her journey led her to Greenglass college where she studied criminal justice and criminal phycology. She finished her bachelor's degree in the next four years. After finishing her degree, she received an invitation from Durham college to join as a research assistant.
Kisara felt like this was one correct opportunity as she needed to practice her skills and pay off her student loans. She accepted the invitation and relocated to Ontario, Canada. She spent next three and a half year of her life working as a research assistant in department of criminology and criminal profiling. After completing her tenure at the college she decided to move back to Las Venturas but soon she realized the city was a little too expensive for her to afford therefore she decided to move back to her home town, Sandy Shores.
While actively looking for a decent job she reached the website of LSSD where she learnt about the current recruitment drive. She discussed it with her friend and after a good few hours of discussion she reached to the conclusion that LSSD can provide her the opportunity to take her theoretical knowledge of criminology and apply it in practical field, perhaps far from reality but this motivated her. She was further motivated by the idea of doing good for the community. Furthermore a job with in a respected organization with decent pay increased her motivation as well. (MINIMUM 250 WORDS)
