Briefly describe how you want to roleplay your character was arrested:

1st arrest: Elijah was severely intoxicated, he punched/hit his partner at the time after a heated argument giving her a black-eye before being pulled over by a Deputy due to swerving and erratic driving. He proceeded to threaten his partner and the Deputy as he was being arrested, multiple stolen electronics were found in the trunk of the car after the arrest, leading to the 309 charge.

2nd arrest: After a heated argument in a bar, whilst Elijah was drunk, a fight ensued. Elijah swung at an unsuspecting John Doe in the back of the head by surprise which unfortunately caused his death. He was offered a plea deal, which he took, for an eight year sentence that turned to be a six year sentence due to good behavior as he was granted parole.
