In a lapse of judgement he decided to hold up a liquor store with a firearm and demand money. Upon being asked to leave he pressed the gun against the cashier's head and allegedly threatened them. He was arrested right outside, deputies arrived with guns pointed after a panic button was pressed. He was arrested on the spot while complying. The grand sum of $1232 was seized from his person along with the firearm.
