Disqualification

However, deliberate misstatements or omissions can and often will result in your application being rejected, regardless of the nature or reason for the misstatements/omissions. In fact, the number one reason individuals “fail†background investigations is because they deliberately withhold or misrepresent job-relevant information from their prospective employer.

- Elaboration: My character received Administrative Leave in San Andreas Park Rangers because I went to prison for an action I did off-duty. It all came down to an action after which a stranger attacked my In-Character boyfriend with a crowbar and I used my gun to save him from being killed. I don't know if it counts as a Discharge because it had nothing to do with the department, but I still decided to specify it in my application. Thanks!

- Kimi Falcon was born and raised in Los Santos, where she lived a happy childhood despite being diagnosed with Asthma at the age of 6. However, she never let this setback define her, and with her strong determination and a strict healthy lifestyle, she was able to overcome her condition by the time she turned 13.
Kimi's mother died shortly after her daughter's birth, when she was only 4 years old, leaving her with a single parent, her father, a man she will always respect. She was unable to understand at the moment what had happened to her mother, but she certainly missed her, becoming very attached to her during those four years. As she grew up, she was increasingly motivated by her father, who retired a few years ago. Due to her asthma problem and her deceased mother she was bullied enough while in Los Santos Elementary School, but she managed to find a big and good group to hang out with when she attended high school, a budget institution in the central area of Los Santos.
As she entered her last year of high school, Kimi was filled with excitement and uncertainty about her future. Her father, a former prosecutor at the Vice City Court of Justice, saw this as an opportunity to start a new chapter in Kimi's life and encouraged her to move to Vice City. He arranged for her to stay with her aunt and suggested she find a job and apply to Vice City Law School. Kimi was determined to make the most of this opportunity and took her father's advice, but unfortunately, her bartending job did not bring in enough money to cover her expenses and fulfill her dream.
After two months of hard work, Kimi was faced with a difficult decision. She had to choose between giving up her dream of becoming a lawyer or trying the second alternative suggested by her father and his best friend, a former respected Deputy Sheriff. He advised her to join the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department, stating that it would prepare her better than the Los Santos Police Department, as the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department was known to be far superior from an academic point of view, and that such a job in the same legal field would be one she could support herself for the rest of her life.
Kimi took her father's advice, moving back to Los Santos without letting him know, trying to surprise him even if she failed to pursue her dream, the dream of attending a professional Law School and becoming a lawyer. Her father really wasn't upset about everything and decided to help Kimi, supporting her every day and helping her to make the best possible sports regime. He also suggested to Kimi pursue her academic studies at ULSA, on another easier profile, just to give her a bonus when applying to LSSD. She chose to study Sociology, obtaining a Bachelor's Degree a few years later. Kimi has been training for the past five months for the Los Santos Sheriff's Department Academy, running almost every morning without a break, with Mirror Park as her favorite location. Also, she started to have a hobby, that being mountain biking, doing it almost every weekend with her friends. In the meantime, she managed to find a 24/7 cashier job in Davis so she could still support herself and join the LSSD, but she resigned just a week ago. She hopes to pass the recruitment process successfully, and in a few years to buy a house in the Vespucci Beach area to be able to run every morning on the wonderful sand of the west coast.
