On March 23, 2022 at 01:42, Deputy XXXXX responded to a call of shots fired along Tongva Drive, Blaine County at a local bar. While patrolling down the road towards the scene, Michael Torres was observed running Eastbound along Tongva Drive, with a shotgun in his hands. Deputy XXX called for immediate assistance and then proceeded to aim the firearm at the suspect, ordering the suspect to drop the firearm. The suspect immediately dropped the shotgun, proclaiming that he was using it to hunt Deer and Elk. Deputy XXX subdued the suspect, and he complied. The subject, identified as "MICHAEL TORRES", was placed into the back of the patrol vehicle while being transported to the scene of the call. Upon arriving on the scene, two Caucasian males were observed to be deceased. The caller, alongside with five other witnesses, shouted that there was a third deceased body within the bar. Upon inspecting the interior of the bar, a third Caucasian male victim was observed to be deceased.
Witnesses claimed that an intoxicated olive-skinned male, with long black hair, later identified as "MICHAEL TORRES", had underwent an argument with one of the Caucasian male victims within the bar. After five minutes, Michael Torres exited the bar in a fit of rage, shouting "Wait right here, motherfucker!", before returning to the bar with a shotgun in his hand. He then discharged one round into the head of the Caucasian male victim that was situated inside the bar. Then, the two other Caucasian victims fled out of the bar, and Michael Torres proceeded to discharge two rounds into the back of both victims situated outside of the bar. The accomplice, whom is unidentified, fled the scene with the vehicle, leaving Michael Torres to run eastbound along Tongva Drive prior to his arrest. Upon searching Michael Torres, a total of 28 grams of marijuana, 5 grams of cocaine, and a bottle of 8 Adderall pills in a ziplock bag.
The subject was identified as a "Native-American" of the "Tongva Tribe".
