Hello,

Firstly, is there an IRL minimum age requirement to join the faction?

Secondly, after reading the DST position information, to confirm, there is no in-game academy training and in-game training (i.e. ride-alongs) begins after successful completion of final examination?

There is no IRL age required to join.

There is no in-game academy you have to attend but realistically there is so you must RP having attended one. Once you graduate, you have to complete the Field Training Program to be able to patrol alone.

This may be answered elsewhere, but does a "warning" from an admin count as a punishment and preclude someone from applying for two months?

A warning alone does not necessarily preclude you from employment in the Department. You are however; free to shoot me a PM explaining what the warning was for, and I'll give you a definitive answer as to whether or not that would hold you back.

Who do I contact to get an inquiry about my written test? I have no idea what I did wrong within the test itself.

You need to send a PM to the PAB Command group regarding any denials.
