(( SECTION V — OUT OF CHARACTER SECTION ))

5.1. PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR TIMEZONE (GMT): -5 GMT (EST)

5.2. PLEASE PROVIDE A LINK TO A TIMESTAMPED SCREENSHOT OF YOUR ADMINISTRATIVE RECORD: ACCESS

5.3. PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR USER CONTROL PANEL (UCP) USERNAME: Unlimited

5.5. PLEASE PROVIDE PROOF OF YOUR DOUBLE FACTION PERMISSION (IF APPLICABLE): N/A

5.6. ARE YOU IN POSSESSION OF A WORKING MICROPHONE & TEAMSPEAK 3: Yes

5.7. ELABORATE ON YOUR PRIOR GTA WORLD ROLEPLAYING EXPERIENCE: Although I don't have a lot of hours on GTA World (160 or so), I do have over 5000 hours on LSRP. My current roleplay experience on GTA World is just roleplaying a civilian. My last character, I was roleplaying a female that was struggling to meet ends and would work odd jobs to pay the rent that she would always fall behind on and always have an excuse for not being able to pay it.

5.8. PLEASE BRIEFLY EXPLAIN WHAT YOU INTEND TO BRING TO THE FACTION IN TERMS OF ROLEPLAY QUALITY AND CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT (Min. 200 words): What I hope to bring to the faction in terms of roleplay quality and character development is my years of roleplaying experience that I've gained over the past 8 years of roleplaying on GTA servers. The majority of my time spent roleplaying has been in legal factions, ranging from Government Utilities, Department of Justice, to roleplaying as a police officer.

Along with my legal faction roleplaying experience, I also have real life experience that I feel would be beneficial to the faction. After high school, I went to college for policing, graduating with honors. After college, I decided to join the military and spent a little bit of time there. Furthermore, I've worked a few different security jobs that worked closely with police.

As for character development, I have a rough idea for my character that I'd like to deploy for this character, although things may change depending on what happens to my character throughout the initial developing stages. I plan on roleplaying a regular Canadian citizen who recently moved to Los Santos after leaving a position at a construction company in hopes of starting out in a different place, that has much warmer weather, which is the main reason for my character moving. I'll be starting my character out with renting an apartment and working odd jobs, such as roleplaying a handyman and cleaning up peoples yards or doing small construction projects on their houses, just for some passive roleplay and developing my character.
Once/If I get accepted to the Custody Assistant, I'll develop my character further, financially.

Asides from that, I don't have any plans for my character past the initial starting phase.

5.9. PLEASE WRITE YOUR INTENDED CHARACTER'S BACKSTORY (Min. 300 words):
Nicholas Brees was born in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada and was the youngest of two boys. He grew up in a lower/middle class family home, with his mother working at a hardware department store as a sales person, and his father working as an electrician for a locally owned company.

Throughout Nicholas childhood, his grades in school were never really all that great. His teachers always told his parents he was the class clown and would never focus in class. Nicholas continued to struggle all the way through school, receiving a grade average of C+ throughout most of his courses in high school. During his final two years in school, his parents hounded him to try to get a job to help them out, as the 2008 market crash and recession had struck, leaving his parents working shorter hours, while the bills continued to pile up, month after month.

Nicholas managed to get a job at a lumber yard, in which he seemed to excel in. He was able to spend most of his working days outdoors, enjoying the weather while also getting a paycheck. Nicholas quickly moved his way up in the lumber yard, to the position of Shipping Lead. He was given a crew of his own to run, and would be in charge of filling orders for large brick and mortar stores. After a few years, the company became more and more obsolete in the ever growing lumber industry, leading the Nicholas being laid off and out of work.

The recession had ended, and thankfully Nicholas' parents no longer depended on his income from his previous job at the lumber yard to pay their bills, as they themselves were back to working regularly, as if the recession never hit. Nicholas continued to look for work, finding himself working for a local sprinkler fire protection installation company, as their apprentice.

After the four year apprenticeship, Nicholas earned his license as a Sprinkler Fitter, and was given a work van and sent out on his own to run a few jobs. Nicholas continued at this for a number of years, working hard, long days, inside and outside, despite what temperature it was outside.

Nicholas eventually got fed up with having to work out in the frigged cold temperatures once winter came around in Ontario, where temperatures would reach up to -30 Celsius at times. He decided one day that he had enough and hung up his tools, so to say, and moved down to Los Santos in hopes of starting out a new life in a much more beautiful, and warmer place that he could see himself living in for the rest of his life.
