After failing to attend rehab, a condition of his parole for a previous Battery and Possession term, his parole officer came to check up on him. When he arrived, he found Grady on the couch with a needle sticking out of his neck. On his coffee table was a foil containing 1.75 grams of heroin. Promptly, he was arrested, and brought to Twin Towers Correctional Facility.
