Briefly describe how you want to roleplay your character was arrested:
On July 2nd, 2002 at 0213, officers responded to "Shots Fired" at the back-alley of "All Swell Place" in Chamberlain. Upon arriving at the scene, a black male with dreadlocks and a black hoodie was observed holding a Beretta M9 in his hands, hovering over two black male bodies. He was shouting, incoherently, at officers upon being demanded to drop the weapon on to the ground. The suspect was speaking in "Jamaican-Patois", shouting at officers throughout the interaction. The suspect waved his gun around, but did not aim it at any of the officers. Police vehicles surrounded the scene to contain the suspect for roughly thirty minutes, until a taser was deployed when the distressed suspect placed the Berretta M9 on to the hood of his vehicle, which was a Black Baller Gallivanter ST. The suspect resisted as officers attempted to handcuff the suspect, but was finally subdued by 0247.
The suspect was identified as 22 year-old "Lloyd Robinson", a 22-year old Jamaican-American citizen with priors involving drug trafficking and firearm convictions. Upon searching his person, a total of eight-grams of marijuana and one gram of cocaine were found on his person. Upon searching the trunk and back-seat area of the vehicle, a total of 1000 grams (1 kilogram) of cocaine was seized, alongside with a chambered M16 with an extended magazine, with the serials removed.
Both victims were deceased upon inspection, with two bullets in "Victim A's" head while "Victim B" had two bullets in his head and five on his torso area.
