Briefly describe how you want to roleplay your character was arrested: Butcher was out late at night by himself and was in the proximity of a liquor store that had been recently held up. The victim of the robbery had called police a few moments prior, and the gunman ditched the weapon used in the robbery in close proximity to where Butcher was intercepted prior to his arrival. When the police arrived, they discovered the handgun nearby and conducted a search on James, finding a small amount of marijuana. There were no exterior cameras working around the gas station, and unfortunately for James, he looked very similar to the gunman. Eventually, he was sent to County Jail where he awaits trial still.
