Briefly describe how you want to roleplay your character was arrested: Enraged by the system, being a dead-end tweaker, Hicks was simply trying to get by when breaking into yet another car. It wasn't until the alarm signalled that the vehicle's owner ran out, hauling ass with a Shotgun - In a matter of life and death, and having the drop on the owner, Hicks withdrew his Sig from his waistband before proceeding to shoot the owner in the heat of the moment, attempting to rush off from the scene before ultimately being apprehended.
