Briefly describe how you want to roleplay your character was arrested: While Chad is already serving time for Burglary, new evidence comes to light that he was involved in at least three more, particularly one where he was caught by the homeowner in the act, who Chad would go on to beat pretty badly. So the new evidence would be passed along as he is already serving time in Twin Towers.
