Briefly describe how you want to roleplay your character was arrested: Frank was part of a well-known Mafia and tried to impress his fellow Mafioso by attempting to take out a revile high ranking Mafia member. In the hopes of hiding his identity, Frank stole a black four-door Sedan from the streets, without knowing that a traffic camera was recording the whole thing. Frank then drove to the target's house, got out of the car, knocked at the door, and shot the victim in the chest. After driving off from the scene he was pulled over by a Police Officer just a few blocks north after running a traffic light. He then tried to bribe the officer with $2000 which the officer denied.
