Briefly describe how you want to roleplay your character was arrested: Moses "Smiley" Venegas is life time street thug and is on his final strike. He'd take things a step farther after looking for a cheap and easy score. He'd cruise around the city and await to strike, he'd pull up in to a local bar's parking lot and await for the next person to come out. The stick up would go wrong as a patrol car would happen to pass by, and give chase to Moses. Moses would flee and eventually wreck out his car, knowing that he was going away for good, he'd fire off shots at the responding officers before ditching the pistol and being caught hiding out in a bush.
