What charges do you want on record: First Degree Murder, Assault, Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

Briefly describe how you want to roleplay your character was arrested: DayVon was at a party with his high school friends. They were having a good time just partying and eventually started to smoke and get drunk and just act wild. To keep in mind the male all had pistols and were ready to kill anyone since they are fried of of drugs & liquor. They seen some males they have been arguing with and they were on go if they tried anything with them. The males were drunk also which meant that anything could happen and it really did. The males eventually ran into each other and a fight started and DayVon wasn't going for a fight and let of 3 shots. Eventually the 3 shots hit a male in the back and left him DOA. He was taken into custody and the rest is history.
