Briefly describe how you want to roleplay your character was arrested: Thiago is the current leader of Azusa 13, at the time they were at war with a couple black gangs in their neighbourhood, it was basically a race fuelled war so it got out of control, at this point Thiago wanted to roll out on a rival gang himself, but when conducting the hit, he hit two innocent black kids that were on their block, he killed only one out of the two black teens, the other survived with fatal injuries, Thiago went into hide out, but due to witnesses that watched the scene go down, they managed to identify him as the shooter, and after about a week he was caught into custody.
