Briefly describe how you want to roleplay your character was arrested: Joel was apart of a drug trafficking operation in L.S, if not one of the main names within this specific operation, and this carried on for years until March 4th, 2010, when his wife OD'd. Their young daughter, nearly eight at the time, had already phoned the police upon Joel's arrival to the apartment, unknown to him until the Officer's were already there, the drugs practically in plain sight, and a lot of them, at that. In a frenzied state, and with his usual temper, when it came to his arrest, he fought back, swiping an empty bottle of Logger from the ground in which he bashed an Officer over the head with, attempting to tackle him shortly after, only to be taken down by the other two Officers at the scene, his daughter hurried out of the room and taken into custody elsewhere. This naturally led to his apartment being searched where the hefty amount of drugs, ranging from heroin, cocaine and LSD were found, as well as an unlicensed firearm upon his person, it being a generally unsafe place for a kid to live.
Do you understand that filling out this form means your character is going to be in jail for an unforeseen time period?: I was simply hoping for these charges to be added to his criminal record, if that's alright, as it's something from a good decade ago, a sentence already served!
