The opening date in the information page is 01/MAR is it meant to be may instead of march?

This can be updated, but the opening date for May has yet to be determined. I can say that applications will not be opening on the 1st of May.

How are the academy's openings structured? Once every month or whenever SD needs personnel?

Normally, it is once every month. But June's drive isn't going to be active for internal reasons. Recruitment drive will be opened once again on July however so stay tuned! Feel free to ask if you got any more questions.
