If I namechange after my application was denied for using a character that was used on another communities, would I be able to reapply in the same recruitment drive?

"Under all circumstances, you are ineligible to reapply during the current recruitment drive. You may reapply three weeks from the date of your denial if 'open continuous' is ongoing."

So long as you have 20 hours across your UCP you are eligible, so yes.

Three weeks are not over, I wouldn't want to end up having to wait an extra month due to recruitment being closed.

It is only logical for you to be able to apply in a different recruitment wave after being denied in the one prior.

Applying with a different character is your choice. It has no effect on how our recruitment process is carried out.

Our policy states that members may not have any beards. Mustaches are permitted as long as they don't go beyond the upper lip.

It's encouraged, but not mandatory to abide by our grooming standards before your interview as stated here:

• Departmental grooming standards are recommended, but not mandatory.

I recommend checking the timeline thread every now and then to check whenever there's an update on recruitment dates. There is no minimum OOC age. In character it is 21 by the time your character joins.
