You are not at fault and your request will be handled in due time. Keep in mind we get a high number of questions, appeals, and more throughout the week so sometimes these request may take a week or so to get an answer. (usually less, depends on the workload obviously)

Yes, you are able to amend the errors pointed out during the original denial and reapply if that's what you want to do.

A denial from PD doesn't bar you from applying. As long as the character itself fits the climate, and the application is up to standards you should be fine.
