Under all circumstances, you are ineligible to take the Written Test again or reapply during the current recruitment drive as well as any concurrent recruitment drives for civilian employment. You may reapply three weeks after the date of your denial if 'open continuous' is ongoing.

Any formal appeal must be in writing and received by Training Bureau Command within ten (10) business days from the postmark date of this letter. Please note, appeals may take 5-7 business days to be processed.

To appeal, you must demonstrate that the factors leading to your disqualification are in error.

We have evaluated your application and qualifications for the position of Deputy Sheriff Trainee and regret to inform you that you were not selected for this position due to issues involving your Written Test.

(( Furthermore, it was later discovered that your background story and character portrayal is not up to our faction standards, particularly when it comes to immigrant characters. It simply is not possible to complete your education in the United Kingdom on 05/MAR/2024 and be a United States Citizen on 10/APR/2024. This process takes multiple years and is a lengthy process in general, not something you breeze through in a month. You are advised to change this character story or apply with a different character, should you choose to apply again during our next class.

Furthermore, it is unacceptable to (continually) private message pre-employment investigators in-game regarding your application. Any questions or concerns you have should have been brought up with a member of Training Bureau Command. Please refrain from messaging pre-employment investigators in future. ))
