Briefly describe how you want to roleplay your character was arrested:
Russell Moore was pulled over by a law enforcement official. Due to the officer's suspicion that Russell was driving while under the influence of a narcotic, Russell was asked to step out of the vehicle for additional examination. After exiting the car, he was then subjected to a "pat down"; as a result, drugs and a firearm were found on Russell. Upon a ballistic examination by a forensics officer, the weapon was tied to a shooting and double homicide in West Vinewood this past February. Further examination by a law enforcement investigator revealed that several people, some of whom have similar physical features to Russell (such as race, hair style, etc.), were known to have fled the scene immediately after it happened. Russell was unresponsive to questioning regarding the weapon and shooting, and was thus charged with these alleged offenses.
