Jack was out for drinks with his family and friends. Feeling fine to drive after their night out, Jack offered to be the ''least drunk'' designated driver. When almost home, in the heat of a fun conversation and mild distraction, Jack ran a red light and T-boned another vehicle. Two people were killed in the accident, in which Jack was found at fault and sentenced to prison with a possibility of parole.
