I have three characters. One has 16 hours, the other two has both two hours which is 20 in total. Can I apply as I have 20 hours in total or do I have to have 20 hrs with the char I'm going to apply with?

I've got three chars on my account. Let's say I have 10 with one char, and another 10 in total with 5 in the other two. Count'em all and it is 20 hours. Is this sufficient for 20 hrs requirement?
