Re: (( F.A.Q. & Questions / Answers ))

Hi, I've got two questions. My character was disqualified because she spent a lot of her life in Russia, but has been living in Los Santos IC'ly for six years now, and before that, she had been living for two or so years since her birth, and also regularly travelled to the United States to stay with her family, totalling up for about ten or so years of her life spent in the United States, or almost half of her life. In the document "A Note to Potential LSSD Members", it's stated that "the LSSD ICly / OOCly does not discriminate towards immigrant characters".
While my character is not an immigrant per-say as she was born and has lived in the United States for a substantial amount of time she was disqualified nonetheless. I am curious to know how long an immigrant character would have to stay in the United States for IC'ly in order to be considered for the position.
Another question I have is, if I got disqualified with that specific character for these reasons, would I be allowed to re-apply right now under a different character, or do I have to wait the three weeks as stated in the letter?
Thanks a bunch in advance :)
