Briefly describe how you want to roleplay your character was arrested:

Rudy Carrillo hails from East Los Santos, and as such grew in the midst of the hispanic gangs that flood the area. Growing up in poverty, Rudy swiftly got introduced to one of the local gangs at the age of fifteen. Never more than a foot soldier, Carrillo spent most of his teenage years under the grip of the older heads of the gang, given his nature to be seek respect from those he idolizes.

Rudy's poor decision making led him to eventually participating in a thwarted Armed Robbery that resulted in the death of a close one, another affiliater of the same gang that Rudy hailed from. This shook Rudy's person to the bone and began a plunge into gateway drugs, one that eventually lead to Rudy seeking relief in the form of opioids, mostly black tar, given its abundance and its price.

At the age of 23, Rudy resorted to robberies in order to feed his addiction. Given his poor reputation within the community, and his own vices, Carrillo found it hard to settle and seek employment. This led to a failed robbery attempt a gas station, one that saw Rudy being hastily caught by the LSPD. Rudy Carrillo was then charged with Armed Robbery and Evading a Peace Officer, alongside Grand Theft of a Firearm (owed to using a licensed pump shotgun that he found while performing a house robbery) and Criminal Threats, as per proven by witnesses to the robbery, who affirm that they overheard Rudy threatening to murder the station's clerk.
